Mr. Andrew Goh Tyau Soon
Mr. Goh holds a Masters of Law from King’s College, University of London and is also a Barrister-at-Law (Middle Temple). He was admitted as an Advocates and Solicitors of the Malayan Bar on the 11th day of June 1971 and has been in active practice for 44 years. He has over 40 years of experience in transactions relating to banking and property. Mr. Goh has acted for banks and financial institutions in various forms of loan transactions, assets related financing of various types and the securitization of receivables.

Encik Khairil Aznan Bin Azizi
Encik Khairil holds a degree from University Islam Antarabangsa, Malaysia. He was called to the Malaysian Bar on 1st day of April 1995 and joined us a legal assistant and became a partner in 2000. Encik Khairil is a litigator and has an active court practice as an advocate. His area of practice are Civil and Commercial Litigation including Banking Litigation and Contractual Disputes. He also represents the Banks in various Mortgage and Debt Recovery actions. Encik Khairil holds a Diploma in Islamic Law (Banking & Finance) in July 2009.

Ms. Andrea Goh Wen Ling
Ms. Goh holds a degree in law from the University of Hull, England. She is also a Barrister-at-Law from Middle Temple, London. She was called to the Malaysian Bar on 27th day of July 2002 and immediately joined Shook Lin & Bok in Kuala Lumpur as a legal assistant attached to their intellectual Properties department. She resigned in September 2003 to start her own event management company. She joined our firm as a junior partner with effect from 1st October 2004.

LEGAL ASSISTANTS

Ms. Shamini Devi Dorasamy (Senior Legal Assistant)
Ms Shamini holds a law degree from the University of London and was admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 11th day of August 2001. She is attached to the litigation department and is conversant in all aspects of litigation practice.

Cik. Nurul Salasiah Binti Ismail (Senior Legal Assistant)
Cik Nurul holds a law degree from the International Islamic University Malaysia. She chambered with our firm for nine months before being admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 14th day of April 2004. She then joined Messrss. Shashi Kannan & Partners from May 2004 to August 2006 and thereon joined us in the litigation department and works under the supervision of Encik Khairil.

Mr. Leong Kim Yuet (Junior Legal Assistant)
Mr. Leong holds a law degree from the Multimedia University (MMU). He chambered with our firm for nine months before being admitted to the Malaysian Bar on 14th day of May 2015 and thereon joined us in the conveyancing department and works under the supervision of Ms. Andrea Goh.

Ms. Joycelyn Koh Xiao Yuan (Junior Legal Assistant)
Ms. Joycelyn holds a law degree from the Multimedia University (MMU).  She chambered with our firm for nine months before being admitted to the Malaysia Bar on 2nd day of June 2016 and thereon joined us in the conveyancing department and works under the supervision of Ms. Andrea Goh.

Mr. Freddie Wan Keng Lee
Mr. Freddie joined the firm in 1977 as a conveyancing clerk and was subsequently promoted to firm manager in 1990. He ensures that the office runs smoothly, coordinates and monitor all activities within the firm. He monitors all assigned tasks and ensures they are completed on time and in accordance with quality guidelines. He also assists in promoting good working relationship with Banks, Developers and clients.
